Joao Felix will wear shirt no 11 at Chelsea after arriving on loan from Atlético Madrid

Chelsea football club have confirmed the signing of Joao Felix on a season loan deal until the next of campaign.

The former Benfica forward is expected to help salvage Graham Potter side who are languishing in 10th place in the Premier League table. 

Joao Felix has completed a six-month loan from Atletico Madrid and will don the number 11 shirt for Chelsea, Reportminds Blog can confirm. 

Felix wore the same jersey no 11 while he played for Atletico Madrid. 

Felix, who had a falling out with Atletico boss Diego Simeone, playing 14 La Liga games, the forward has four goals and three assists.

Atletico Madrid will get a £9 million loan fee from the Blues for the loan move for Felix. The loan agreement does not include a buyout. 

Before moving on loan to Chelsea, Fabrizio Romano Joo Félix reportedly renewed his contract with Atlético Madrid until June 2027.

At the conclusion of his loan, the Portugal international is anticipated to return to the Wanda Metropolitano stadium.
