Liverpool fans have been boosted after Luis Diaz shares clips of himself at the gym as he continues recovery from injury.
Diaz is among Jurgen Klopp's injury list and the Germany manager will be desperate to have his forward back on the pitch.
As the Colombian star prepares to make his long-awaited comeback to the first squad after an extended injury layoff, Luis Diaz, a forward for Liverpool, has given supporters a glimpse of him back in training.
Since suffering a knee injury against Arsenal in October, Diaz has been unable to play for the Reds, and his team has suffered without him.
After suffering a demoralizing loss to Brighton on Saturday, they are currently ranked ninth in the Premier League.
Liverpool would benefit greatly from Diaz's comeback, and the winger did provide an update on it on Monday.
When he released a video of himself in the gym, Liverpool fans went into a frenzy.
In the video, he performed light workouts with his damaged left knee in a brace.
According to Reportminds Blog, Diaz will resume playing in March, after a five-month absence from the season.
Prior to exacerbating the injury during Liverpool's midseason tour of Dubai, the 26-year-old, who had been anticipated to return after the World Cup, was obliged to have surgery, postponing his return by a further three months.
As a result of the absences of Roberto Firmino, Diogo Jota, and Darwin Nunez, Jurgen Klopp will be hoping Diaz can make a quick recovery.
Out of the team's primary forwards, only recent acquisition Cody Gakpo and Mohamed Salah are still available as Liverpool gears up for Tuesday's FA Cup rematch against Wolves.
