Tennis star, Novak Djokovic won his 10th Australian Open and he celebrated in same fashion to how Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford has been celebrating his goals.
Marcus Rashford, a forward for Manchester United, recently praised tennis player Novak Djokovic on winning the Australian Open.
The Serbian, who defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas in straight sets to win his 22nd Grand Slam match, mimicked the United forward's head-pointing celebration in his victory celebration.
Jofra Archer, a cricketer, and fellow players Joshua Kimmich and Danny Welbeck are just a few of the athletes who have copied the Three Lions star's signature celebration.
After Djokovic's victory, Rashford posted a picture of the 35-year-old on his Instagram story along with the GOAT emoji.
Rashford has scored 18 goals in 30 games, so he is on something of a roll under Erik ten Hag.
Despite scoring just 5 goals in all competitions for United last season, the attacker is obviously thriving under the Dutch coach.
The Premier League season for Manchester United will begin against Crystal Palace the following Saturday.
The second leg of the Carabao Cup semifinal against Nottingham Forest will take place before that.
