
28 years old Borussia Dortmund forward, Sebastian Haller was, spotted in training for the first time with his team mates.
The 28-year-old Haller received the diagnosis soon after joining Dortmund in July following a 34-goal season with Ajax. He sought testing after feeling ill during BVB's preseason tour to Switzerland, and the results revealed a cancerous tumor.
In the following months, the Ivorian underwent two operations and chemotherapy before being given the all-clear to reunite with his teammates.
Haller joined Dortmund following an exceptional campaign with Ajax. He had the most goals in the Eredivisie at the end of 2021–2022.
Previously, the Cote d'Ivoire international scored 33 goals while playing for Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany (2017 to 2019).
