"Trossard is coming in to take someone's place in his head, he's not coming to sit on bench" - Aaron Ramsdale warns Saka, Martinelli and other Arsenal players

Aaron Ramsdale, the goalkeeper for Arsenal, has reminded his teammates that Leandro Trossard isn't just filling a roster spot.

The Arsenal’s shot stopper has warned Gunners attackers in Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli, Eddie Nketiah that Trossard might take one of their positions. 

In the 82nd minute, Leandro Trossard came off the bench and briefly displayed his skills against Manchester United.

If you recall, Brighton Hove Albion sold Trossard to Arsenal for a sum in the region of £27 million.

When Eddie Nketiah scored the game-winning goal for the league-leading team in the 82nd minute, the Belgian player came off the bench.

Trossard comes to Colney with a history in the Premier League and international experience. He could embrace the opportunity to replace the team's existing attackers, just like Ramsdale did after joining from Bournemouth.

'Trossard is coming in to take someone's place in his head, he's not coming to - it might look like he is coming to be part of the squad, deep down like I was with (Bernd) Leno,' he told The Fellas podcast. 

'Like I've come to take Leno's pace, he's coming to take one of the front three player's place. So if you start saying "oh by the way we've signed Trossard" before it happens, one of them front three might go "hang on a minute."'
