Barcelona confirm Pedri and Gavi are ruled out of Europa League second leg tie against Man U at Old Trafford

Barcelona has confirmed that Pedri has a hamstring injury.

The young Spanish midfielder is reportedly out of the second leg of their Europa League matchup against Manchester United.

If you recall that Pedri was substituted in the first half of the game at Camp Nou on Thursday night. 

Due to his suspension for receiving a yellow card, Gavi will also be absent at Old Trafford.

Gavi got his yellow card after he pulled the shirt of Bruno Fernandes during Manchester United counter attack. 

The game finished 2-2draw after Marcus Rashford goal canceled Marcus Alonso header.

Manchester United benefited from an own goal from Jules Kounde in the 58th minutes to put Erik Den Hag side in the lead. 

But Xavi Hernandez side drew themselves back in the game from Raphinha goal in the 75 minutes.
