Robert Lewandowski, a seasoned goal scorer, and two former Chelsea players, left wing-back Marcos Alonso and center defender Andreas Christensen, are among the players that head coach Xavi will have at his disposal at the Nou Camp on Thursday night (kickoff: 17:45 GMT).
The Brazilian winger Raphinha, who was acquired from Leeds United last summer, and the young forward Ferran Torres are two other ex-Premier League players in the lineup.
Barcelona Injury List:
Barcelona's list noticeably lacks midfielders Sergio Busquets and Ousmane Dembele.
Busquets' ankle injury, which he sustained after just eight minutes of the 3-0 home victory over Sevilla earlier this month, has reportedly prevented him from playing. In that match, Franck Kessie, an international from the Ivory Coast who was acquired from AC Milan last summer, took his place.
Dembele, a France international, has been out since suffering a thigh injury during Barcelona's 1-0 away victory over Girona on January 28.
