Manchester United are preparing for their Europa League clash against Barcelona on Thursday night.

The Red Devils will face Spanish side in the first leg of round of 32 Europa League clash.
A 21-man roster from Manchester United took off for Barcelona on Wednesday in preparation for the first leg of the Europa League play-off match at the Nou Camp.

After a three-month break, Erik ten Hag and his team are back in European competition against Xavi's La Liga leaders.

At 17:45 GMT on Thursday, the teams square off in Catalonia; the rematch will be played at Old Trafford seven days later.

Despite still being suspended from domestic competition after receiving a red card against Crystal Palace, Casemiro is among the team members traveling to Spain for this match.

Wout Weghorst, along with fellow January arrivals Sabitzer and goalkeeper Jack Butland, will be hoping to make his European debut for the Reds. He has been added to our list of registered players for the competition's knockout stages.

INJURIES:

Due to recent injury absences, Antony, Anthony Martial, and Scott McTominay have not traveled.

As they continue to recover from chronic injuries, Christian Eriksen and Donny van de Beek are also not traveling.

SUSPENSION:

Though they both received three cautions in Europe before the new year, Marcel Sabitzer and Lisandro Martinez are both suspended. Sabitzer's cautions stem from his time with Bayern Munich in the Champions League group stages.
