Dortmund host Hertha in their Bundesliga clash on Sunday at the Signal Iduna park.
As at the time of this report, Dortmund are leading 3-1 against Hertha Berlin after 85 minutes.
Dortmund have moved to second place with same 43 points as League leader Bayern Munich who suffered defeat to Mönchengladbach on Saturday.
Karim Adeyemi opened the scoring for Dortmund in the 27 minutes before Malen made it 2-0 four minutes later.
In the second half, the away side pulled a goal back from Tousart in the 46 minutes.
But Marco Rues goal in the 76 minutes keeps Dortmund two goals advantage with game heading to an end.
