Corps member apologizes after she is caught allegedly transferring Labour party votes to NNPP (video)

After being discovered at Abakpa, Enugu State, allegedly transferring Labour party votes to NNPP, a member of the Youth Corps who was employed as an INEC ad hoc staff has apologized.

In the video, the Youth Corps member confessed to the crime and declared she was willing to accept any punishment imposed as a result of the offense.
