Legendary Arsenal player Thierry Henry has warned his former team that the Premier League championship will be "a proper fight.".
He nevertheless urged the men of Mikel Arteta to remain composed.
With a 4-2 victory at Aston Villa and Manchester City's 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forest, the Gunners reclaimed first place in the standings over the past weekend.
For the first time since 2004, when Henry was still a member of the team, Arsenal is attempting to capture the championship.
“I’ve been there. You’re going to, during the season, have bad games, and it didn’t happen for [a] little while,” Henry told Uproxx.
“You’re not going to win for a week or two weeks, it will happen. It’s not how you fall, it’s how you go back on your feet and how you stand after that.”
