Manchester United coach, Erik Den Hag have confirmed that two players have sustained injuries.
Prior to Wednesday's Premier League match against Leeds United, Erik ten Hag has stated that Manchester United has suffered a new injury setback.
Both of Manchester United's Premier League games against Leeds United in February will be played without both Martial and Christian Eriksen.
If you recall, Eriksen had an ankle injury and was forced to miss up to three months of action.
Anthony Martial could need to spend more time in the hospital. Throughout the 2022–23 season, he dealt with a variety of injuries, missing time due to hamstring, Achilles, back, and muscle difficulties.
Martial has made 14 appearances for the team despite the injuries, contributing six goals and two assists.
In the 2-0 victory against Nottingham Forest in the second leg of the EFL Cup semi-final on Wednesday night, the Frenchman registered a goal as a replacement.
Martial, who is said to be leaving in the summer, was supposed to play in the Premier League match against Crystal Palace on Saturday, but he was conspicuously missing from the roster at Old Trafford.
