The best dribblers in the English Premier League have been identified.
Currently ranked first among the Premier League's top dribblers is Manchester City playmaker Kevin de Bruyne.
Data experts CIES Football Observatory claim that De Bruyne is superior to players like Phil Foden, a teammate, and Cody Gakpo of Liverpool.
