Reece James, a Chelsea defender, attracted conflicting emotions on social media after posting what many characterized as a "cryptic statement" on his Instagram story.
After a lengthy injury layoff, the English defender returned to play for Chelsea in Friday night's depressing 0-0 draw with Fulham.
