Manchester United have share photo of Erik Den Hag posing with the Carabao Cup after triumph against Newcastle United.

By defeating Newcastle in the Carabao Cup final at Wembley, Manchester United snapped a six-year trophy drought.

Casemiro scored the game's first goal with a header in the 33rd minute, and six minutes later, Marcus Rashford made it 2-0 with a deflected shot as Erik ten Hag won his first championship as manager of Manchester United. 

Casemiro, a midfielder, headed in a free kick from the left in the 33rd minute.

In the 39th minute, a shot by Rashford deflected off of Sven Botman and went over Newcastle goalkeeper Loris Karius.

The former Ajax coach has won his first silverware as coach of Manchester United in his first season.
