Barca Youngster Fati Offered To Premier League Clubs For €35m

Ansu Fati, a striker for Barcelona, is being made available to certain undisclosed Premier League teams by his agent Jorge Mendes, who is keen to keep the younger's career alive at Camp Nou.

Ansu Fati has severely lowered his standing at Barcelona during this season despite being in shape and prepared for competition.

The Spaniard was first thought to be a player who might usher in the next heyday of Camp Nou. He now seems to be a mere shadow of the man he once was, however.

Fati has played in 24 league games so far this year. beginning with just nine of them. Throughout this time, he has provided three goals and three assists. He did, however, score his last La Liga goal in October 2022.

For the previous several months, the 20-year-minutes old's have substantially reduced. He lost his shape, which is why this happened. The manager of Barcelona, Xavi, typically wants Gavi to play on the left flank, keeping Fati on the bench for less minutes and sometimes using him as a striker.

Ansu Fati's father, Bori Fati, recently criticized Xavi and Barcelona in an interview for denying his son playing time.

“Mateu Alemany tells me that Ansu is part of the club’s heritage. As a father, I have told Ansu that it is better for him to leave. But Ansu has told me that he does not agree with me on this. He wants to stay,” Bori said.

“If it was up to me, I would leave Barcelona tomorrow. I told Ansu that if the situation didn’t change, we would have to leave, but he tells me that I’m wrong,” he concluded.

SPORT has now released some further details on Fati's transfer predicament in relation to this interview. They said that even though the winger has no desire to quit the club, Jorge Mendes, his agent, has been wooing Premier League clubs and values the player at €35 million.

While Barça disagrees with this assessment, the Portuguese agency has issued a warning to the club, saying that if Fati is not given consistent playing time, his market worth is likely to decline by the time the transfer window opens, making it impossible to sell him.
