Pep Guardiola's Manchester City beat Newcastle United 2-0 at the Etihad on Saturday, closing the gap between them and Arsenal to just two points.
Manchester City are still in second place but reduced the points gap after they recorded victory against Newcastle United whi haven't been conceding goals this term.
Phil Foden scored City's first goal after beating three players and taking a shot that was deflected in during the first 15 minutes of the match.
After Jack Grealish was barged off the ball and it went to Erling Haaland, who flicked it on to the Portuguese midfielder, the substitute Bernardo Silva scored in the second half just moments after coming on.
