On the practice field, Thomas Tuchel makes his debut as Bayern Munich's head coach.

Several members of the first squad were spotted with the German tactician while others are still on international duty with their respective teams.

As you remember, Bayern Munich announced Tuchel's hiring over the weekend after firing Julian Nagelsmann.

The 42-year-old coach had to fly back to Munich on Saturday after learning of his dismissal while away on vacation.

According to reports, the deal was struck by the Bayern Munich board after Julian Nagelsmann lost the locker room.

A number of the team's senior players had a falling-out with the former RB Leipzig coach.

Bayern Munich is doing well in the UEFA Champions League, winning all of their group games and beating PSG in the round of 16's first and second legs. However the Bavarians are behind league leaders Borussia Dortmund due to their uneven play.

After being fired from Chelsea last year when Tod Boehly became the new owner, Tuchel was thrilled to be returning to management.

When he entered the team's practice facility on Tuesday, Thomas Tuchel was decked out in his workout gear.

Tuchel was shown alongside Choupo-Moting, with whom he previously worked at Mainz and PSG, in one of the images.

Choupo-Moting seems to have healed from the injury that prevented him from participating in Cameroon's international duties.

Later, when the squad was getting ready for its derby match against his old side, Borussia Dortmund, on April 1, Thomas Tuchel was spotted addressing the group.
