Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the next president of Nigeria, has just returned from a four-week trip to Paris.
After the governorship election, Tinubu, the victor of the February 25 presidential election for 2023, departed for France.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate reportedly went to unwind following a demanding campaigning period, according to his media staff.
Additionally, it was reported that the president-elect will undertake the Umrah in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, during the holy month of Ramadan. However, Tinubu was not seen in Mecca during the just ended Ramadan month.
On Monday afternoon, however, Tinubu traveled back to Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory. Tinubu came back with his wife and personal assistants.
It was gathered that Numerous leading figures from his party greeted the new president.
Senator Kashim Shettima, the incoming vice president, Femi Gbajabiamila, the speaker of the House of Representatives, and Simon Lalong, the governor of Plateau State are a few among them.
