Eden Hazard reaction after Carlo Ancelotti told him to warm up during Real Madrid clash with Valladolid

Eden Hazard was introduced in the second half of Real Valladolid's match, ending his wait to play in a LaLiga match in front of Real Madrid supporters.
The former Chelsea player had been on the sidelines for 18 league games during that period, but it seemed like an eternity until he finally made a debut in LaLiga for Real Madrid.

And his look when informed the good news before entering the game on Sunday was comical as he pointed at himself in amazement and surprise with a stunned expression on his face.

After moving to Madrid from Chelsea, Hazard has experienced a lack of playing time due to injuries and inconsistent performance.

He has only played 74 times for Los Blancos since joining them for £100 million from Chelsea Bridge, but his teammates seemed to be just as happy as he was that Carlo Ancelotti was giving him playing time.

When he learned he would be playing, the 32-year-old was warming up on the sidelines in his full Real Madrid tracksuit.

The precise moment was captured on video, and he can be seen beaming and giggling to himself.

A similarly happy Luka Modric can then be seen tugging at his pants to assist him in getting ready for action as he is shown getting set to come on.

After finally entering the field, Hazard wasted no time in contributing to the action, assisting Lucas Vasquez's goal to make it 6-0 against a worn-out and overworked Valladolid.

The Belgian, who was among the best players in the world after scoring 16 goals and setting up 15 more in 37 Premier League games to earn his transfer to Los Blancos, has seen a precipitous decline in stature.
Yet in over four seasons since then, he has only managed seven goals and twelve assists for the team, making him one of the least profitable acquisitions in the lengthy history of the organization.

After Rodrygo opened the scoring on minute 22 of the game, Karim Benzema scored a hat-trick in the next seven minutes to give the hosts a 4-0 advantage.

After the half, Marco Asensio made it five with a goal on minute 73, and in the opening minute of extra time, Hazard combined with Vasquez to make it six.

The 32-year-future old's at the club is still up in the air, although his current contract is valid until the conclusion of the 2023–24 campaign.
