The Football Association has handed Aleksandar Mitrovic an eight-game suspension for shoving referee Chris Kavanagh during Fulham's FA Cup defeat to Manchester United.
The Serbian striker was given a three-game suspension for being sent off, three more for acting violently, and two more for using "improper, abusive, insulting, and threatening" behavior.
In addition, he will be fined £75,000.
Marco Silva, the manager of Fulham, was given a two-match suspension after his dismissal.
After being accused of using harsh language against match officials, Silva released a statement in which he admitted to have apologized to Kavanagh and expressed sorrow for what had transpired during the match on March 19.
Mitrovic's suspension has already been served for one game, therefore he won't be eligible until Fulham's game against Southampton on May 13.
