Benzema scored his 15th La Liga goal of the year with precision after Vincius Jnior blasted past Houboulang Mendes.
The Frenchman didn't have to wait very long for the follow-up either since Rodrygo did an amazing job beating Sam Costa and setting him up for a fantastic finish.
Ramazani, however, later became into a villain for the guests by sloppily taking out Lucas Vázquez there. To complete his fifth-ever hat-trick for Blancos, Benzema slipped in the penalty kick with authority.
Ramazani attempted to make apologies four minutes later by setting up Lázaro for a straightforward finish just before halftime. Real pressed forward, however, and there was still time for VAR to stop Benzema from scoring his fourth goal from the penalty before the end of the 90th minute approached.
In the end, Real won its sixth game in a row with ease, gaining further momentum for their next Copa del Rey final and UEFA Champions League semifinal matches.
