Nasir El-Rufai, the governor of Kaduna State, and his wife Hajiya Aisha Ummi Garba El-Rufai just welcomed their fourth child.
Bashir and Bello, the governor's sons, tweeted pictures from the ceremony arranged to welcome the new member of their family. The infant has been called Fatima Layan El-Rufai.
