The Chelsea women's team has won the League title for the fourth consecutive year.
On the last day of the campaign, Chelsea travels to Reading with the knowledge that a win would guarantee a fourth consecutive Women's Super League championship.

After winning the FA Cup final, the Blues have a two-point lead over Manchester United in the league. A victory would complete the double.

On the last day, United must defeat Liverpool and hope that Reading, who would be eliminated if they lose to Chelsea, can stage a stunning shock.

With a resounding 3-0 win against Reading on Saturday, Chelsea won the championship.
After 18 minutes, Sam Kerr gave her side the lead before Reiten extended the advantage shortly before halftime.

Sam Kerr then increased the score to 3-0 with a close-range right-footed goal-center strike.
