Portugal's Cristiano Ronaldo, who has always taken excellent care of his fitness, was glad to show his followers what his regimen entails. 

Cristiano Ronaldo tweeted a fresh photo on Friday showing his demanding daily workout schedule.

 An inside shot of the Portuguese football player from Al-Nassr's Riyadh home, where he lives with Georgina Rodriguez and their five children, is seen in the picture as he lifts dumbbells to work on his biceps.

 The gym of Cristiano and Georgina is typical of the property in that it has large windows that enable enough of natural light to brighten the area. It is very important to them both and provides stunning views of the surroundings, with palm palms dominating the scene.
