After Liverpool's last home match of the year, Kostas Tsimikas wiped away tears with his jersey as supporters worried that he would be leaving the team.

The departed James Milner and Roberto Firmino were replaced by the Greece international defender, who was shown crying in new club video during the guard of honor.

While some Liverpool fans are certain that he will look for a new club this summer in an effort to play first-team football, others have a different view in light of the fact that Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain were both bid farewell.

The 27-year-old has two more years left on the deal he signed when he joined from Olympiacos in 2020, but in two seasons, he has only started 17 Premier League games.

Jurgen Klopp is set on keeping Andy Robertson as his first-choice left-back for the next campaign, but that doesn't mean the German isn't confident in his back-up.
