The 31-year-old attacker from Senegal just recently signed for the Bundesliga winners in a deal costing an initial £27.4 million from Liverpool.
In a season marred by injuries, he has scored 12 goals for Bayern, but his altercation with Leroy Sane after their 3-0 Champions League loss to Manchester City will go down in history.
Mane's playing time has been restricted the whole season, and nothing has altered since Thomas Tuchel took over for Julian Nagelsmann as their manager.
He didn't come off the bench until five minutes before the conclusion of their 6-0 victory against Schalke on Saturday, but he did set Noussair Mazraoui up for the game's last goal.
This was a "clear sign," according to Sky Sport Germany, that Mane would be added to Bayern's summer shopping list. They go on to say that only Premier League teams will likely be able to pay Mane's €20 million [£17.4 million] wage.
The 28-year-old right defender from Portugal, Cancelo, was on loan from Manchester City to Bayern for the second half of the season.
During this time, he has made 19 appearances, scored one goal, and assisted on another six.
His loan agreement gave Bayern the opportunity to purchase Cancelo from City for €70 million (£60 million) this summer, but according to Sky Sports, this isn't looking probable despite the potential of bargaining Bayern down in price.
Bayern is competing for the Bundesliga championship in a tight battle. They are just one point ahead of Borussia Dortmund in the standings with two rounds left in the season.
The team will host RB Leipzig on Saturday before traveling to Cologne on May 27 in the final afternoon. Dortmund will play Mainz on Sunday before traveling to Augsburg.
This would be the lone trophy won at the Allianz Arena during a disappointing year that saw Bayern lose to City in the Champions League quarterfinals by a score of 4-1 on aggregate and to Freiburg in the same round of the German Cup.
