Kyle Walker has been talking about Arsenal and his most recent Premier League victory with Manchester City.
On Saturday, Manchester City won the Premier League seven times in a row.
The Sky Blues spent a large portion of the season trying to catch up to an Arsenal team that was on pace to surpass City's record-breaking 100-point total at the midway stage of the campaign.
However, Arsenal lost their way during the last month or so, losing to City, Brighton, and Nottingham Forest in addition to their defeats to West Ham and Southampton.
Kyle Walker was eager to laud Arsenal following their most recent defeat, calling them "fantastic":“It’s been a little of madness in there (first team building), but we’re fully focused for tomorrow,” said Walker.
“We’ll celebrate after tomorrow at some stage, maybe but we have more games coming up. I would have loved to have won it tomorrow and go out and beat Chelsea.
“Arsenal pushed us right to the limit they’ve been fantastic, so all credit to them “We just went on an incredible run, they had a few hiccups and we capitalised on it and we’ve managed to end up where we have now.
“It’s the players we’ve got. We’re a bunch of lads who have achieved so much over the last number of years and we understand the standards we’ve set.”
