Ilkay Gundogan seemed to be the happiest guy alive after realizing his ambition last night.

The German national team player assisted Manchester City in winning the UEFA Champions League for the first time.
In the championship match, Manchester City defeated Inter Milan 1-0 on Saturday night in Instabul.
As Gundogan went on to win the title for the first time, City's Rodri scored in the game's 68th minute.
According to reports, the former Dortmund star led City to victories in the Premier League and FA Cup, the latter of which he scored twice against Manchester United.
He posted something on social media and announced in the description that his boyhood wish had come true.

Gundogan displayed the UCL trophy in a photo with the caption: "My childhood dream has finally come true"
Ilkay Gundogan, on the other hand, has not yet made a decision on his future at the Etihad Stadium.
Supposedly, the midfielder will become a free agent at the end of June, and other teams have shown interest.
The Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta seems to be interested in luring the City star to the Emirates.
In other news, Xavi Hernandez is eager to bring Gundogan to Barcelona, who are looking to replace Sergio Busquets.
