Christian Eriksen was wearing a strange black eye, indicating that he has been actively engaged in his foreign duties.

The Danish midfielder has joined his team in preparation for their match against Northern Ireland on Friday in Copenhagen. On Monday, they will travel to Ljubljana to face Slovenia.

Despite practicing with Denmark now that the Premier League season is finished, he managed to sustain what seems to be an eye injury.

Eriksen was seen with purple bruises on his eyelid and surgical type over his left eye socket.

They uploaded a photo of the United midfielder sticking up both thumbs while performing floor exercises and grinning for the camera.
