Declan Rice, a midfielder for West Ham United, may be on the move, and rumors say that Arsenal and the Gunners are close to agreeing on a transfer cost.

According to The Guardian, a deal between the two teams that includes add-ons would be worth more than £100 million. However, Arsenal may be interested in another expensive midfielder this summer.

There are no assurances since Caicedo is anticipated to cost more than £70 million and Chelsea are also attempting to get a deal. However, it's implied that it's not either/or.

Fabrizio Romano recently revealed that Caicedo is weighing his options and hasn't yet reached an agreement with a club.

However, he anticipates leaving Brighton this summer after deciding to accept a proposal of £70–80 million alongside manager Roberto De Zerbi.
