Manchester City have submitted their first bid for Declan Rice

Declan Rice has received the first offer from Manchester City in the hopes that Pep Guardiola would sign the English international.

The West Ham captain is a target for both Manchester City and Arsenal this summer. 

According to sports writer Fabrizio Romano, Man City's offer is for £80m plus a £10m fee. 

According to information obtained, West Ham is demanding over £100 million from any interested football team that wants to sign Declan Rice. 

After their first offer of £75 million + £15 million for Declan Rice was rejected, Arsenal informed West Ham of their intention to make one more offer. 

Declan Rice still wishes to sign with Arsenal because he wants to stay in London, despite reports to the contrary
