Declan Rice's first formal offer from Man City has been turned down by West Ham.
Apparently, City's first offer for the West Ham captain is worth £80 million plus an additional £10 million.

Because they weren't sold on the agreement, West Ham swiftly rejected the offer.

Declan Rice assisted West Ham United in overcoming Fiorentina to win the Europa Conference League last year, giving them their first trophy in a long time.

In the current transfer window, rumors about the English international have grown.
Arsenal is anticipated to make a third offer for Rice after their first two offers, which totaled £75 million plus £15 million, were turned down.

The third formal bid from Arsenal is reportedly due shortly, according to sports writer Fabrizio Romano

Declan Rice, West Ham's captain, is seeking a £100 million fee plus some add-ons.
