Tottenham Hotspur have completed signing of new goalkeeper, Guglielmo Vicario

Guglielmo Vicario, a goalkeeper, has been acquired by Tottenham in a transaction that cost an initial £17.2 million from Empoli.

The international player from Italy has agreed to a deal with the team that will last until 2028.

It's been said that the Italian goalie will don Spurs' No. 13 jersey.

Vicario made a total of 71 games with the Serie A squad after an outstanding two-year stint with Empoli.

Hugo Lloris' 11-year stint at Tottenham might come to an end this summer, and Vicario is expected to take his position.
