Arsenal makes final decision on £50m rated Southampton Lavia

Romeo Lavia's asking price of £50 million has been rejected by Arsenal.

Declan Rice, an English midfielder on the brink of joining Mikel Arteta's Arsenal, will soon be joining the club after passing a physical on Friday in preparation for his £105 million transfer from West Ham United.

After Granit Xhaka left, Arteta is eager to boost his center midfield even further.

Recall that on Thursday, Xhaka signed a £21.4 million transfer agreement to leave Arsenal and join Bayer Leverkusen.

Sky Sports claims that after their Rice deal is finalized, Arsenal will turn their attention to acquiring Lavia. However, the North London club is seeking to recruit the 19-year-old for less than Southampton's asking price of £50 million.
