Ex Barcelona star Jordi Alba reunites with Lionel Messi and Sergio Busquets at Inter Miami

Jordi Alba, who formerly played for Barcelona, has joined Lionel Messi and Sergio Busquets at Inter Miami.

Just over 24 hours before Messi's much anticipated MLS Leagues Cup debut, the team made the announcement on Thursday afternoon.

If you recall that Inter Miami presented Messi and Busquets on Sunday night at their DRV-PNK Stadium in a flashy ceremony.

Jordi Alba comes on a free transfer after mutually agreeing to finish his contract with Barcelona in May, one year before it was supposed to.

From 2012 until 2021,  the Spanish international played for Barcelona with Messi and Busquets.

Alba won 18 club championships while playing for the Nou Camp, and he also helped Spain win the European Championship and the Nations League.
