Riyad Mahrez, an Algerian winger, will join Saudi Pro League club Al-Ahli according to a £30 million agreement negotiated by Manchester City.
The winger who is 32 years old, has been granted permission to skip City's preseason tour of South Korea and Japan.
Mahrez, who has two years remaining on his deal, was already valued at the same level by Al Ahli and Manchester City.
Recall that Mahrez joined Manchester City for £60 million in 2018, and during the Blues' Treble-winning campaign, he scored 15 goals from 47 appearances.
According to sports writer Fabrizio Romano, the Algerian winger has finished his medical exams and will soon depart for Saudi Arabia.
