The 30-year-old winger joined the Turkish giants on a three-year agreement after his contract with Crystal Palace ended earlier this summer.
According to the Turkish club, Zaha, 30, has agreed to a three-year contract that includes a signing-on fee of 2.35 million euros (£2 million) and an annual salary of 4.35 million euros (£3.75 million).
Prior to suffering a hamstring injury that kept him out of the last 2 matches of the season, Zaha scored seven goals last year and served as captain on several occasions.
At the age of 17, Zaha made his senior debut in 2010. After assisting the Eagles in their 2013 promotion to the Premier League, he immediately established himself as a regular member of the first squad.
Manchester United paid £10 million for the winger, but he only played twice for the club before returning to Palace on loan a year later.
The Eagles made Zaha's transfer permanent in January 2015 after just six months.
The striker scored 90 goals in 458 games, which is the third-most in club history, for the Eagles.
