Granit Xhaka: Arsenal completes sale first summer sale of £25 million

Arsenal significantly overhauls its team during the summer transfer window.

This summer, the Gunners added quality players like Kai Havertz, Declan Rice, and Jurrien Timber, who will soon be confirmed.

Arsenal is now getting rid of aging players to restock the roster.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal has now successfully sold Granit Xhaka.

The Switzerland International sells for 25 million euros, marking the season's first transaction.

This is Arsenal's first significant sale in a very long time, and it will significantly increase their net spending.

Granit Xhaka, who has been at Arsenal for more than eight years, was the team's longest-tenured player last year.

The 30-year-old had captained the team at one time and, as a result of some irresponsible conduct on his part, had experienced several highly charged encounters with the supporters.
