Following their separate releases from Real Madrid and Inter Milan, Marco Asensio and Milan Skriniar were both signed as free agents.
While Manuel Ugarte joined from Sporting Lisbon, Lucas Hernandez was purchased from Bayern Munich.
Romano tweeted: “Paris Saint-Germain will make several deals official.
