The 32-year-old ex-TOWIE actress posted a few pictures on Instagram on Wednesday with her 44-year-old ex-footballer lover and their 2-year-old son Cree.
It comes as Kate, who is now 38 weeks pregnant with a baby girl, eagerly counts down the days until her delivery date this month.
Kate wore a fitting black vest top with matching leggings to show off her growing baby belly. She accessorized with grey fluffy slippers.
She went makeup-free and displayed her natural beauty as she pulled her golden hair back into a blonde updo.
Rio was spotted playing with his kid while holding Kate's arm as she took a photo in their opulent, state-of-the-art home gym.
Rio presented a sporty appearance with a white T-shirt, shorts, and athletic trainers.
