What happened when a doctor paid $65K to amputate a man's p-enis?

A French hospital was ordered to compensate a man for nearly $65,000 after a series of claimed errors resulted in the unnecessary "complete amputation of his penis," which left him with "no feeling" in his nether regions. His penile compensation has been decided by the Nantes Administrative Court.

The unnamed accused victim allegedly expressed anger for the doctor who is suspected of administering the allegedly excessive treatment at the Nantes University Hospital in 2014 by stating, "I have hatred towards this doctor who did not listen to me." I said, "He gambled with me!"

The father of three, who was 30 at the time, was identified by the Cleveland Clinic as having carcinoma, "a cancer that forms in epithelial tissue," which covers the majority of the body's organs.

The urologist at the hospital tried to remove as much of the tumor as he could while minimizing the harm to his manhood in an effort to cure his illness.

Unfortunately, the disease spread over his whole member due to a number of "faulty breaches," according to the Administrative Court of Nantes. The patient said that because of the "crazy" agony this was causing, he had briefly considered amputating his own part.

The native of Western France said, "My wife was the one who stopped me." "I was getting ready in the garage with the cutter, Betadine."

Over the years, the tallywacker tumor expanded to the extent that, according to a doctor in Lyon, he was compelled to amputate the patient's penis. He said that if he didn't do it, he would probably die of cancer.

So they decided to metaphorically take the man's mojo. The "disgusted" amputee lamented the seemingly preventable procedure and regretted that "he had removed everything." He had just left the testicles and made an incision at their base.

Despite the fact that the patient claimed to have a coping mechanism, he insisted that "you can't substitute a feeling of a penis with multiple sensors."

In response to "wrongful breaches" that resulted in "a total removal of the penis," the guy has subsequently been awarded € 61,000 ($64,754.86), according to Frenchblue.

The French court rejected his lawyer's original claim for one million euros, Me Georges Parastatis. He apparently intends to appeal, claiming that "psychological damage was not taken into account."
