"I almost took my own life this year" - BBNaija star Angel Smith

BBN Angel claims that in March, she came dangerously close to committing herself.

Angel Agnes Smith, also known as Angel, a BBNaija All Stars housemate, has spoken up about her mental health issues and said that she almost committed suicide in March 2023.

This was revealed by Angel, a previous resident from Season 6 of the program (Shine yo eye), to fellow housemate Soma on Tuesday.

Angel said: "I numbed myself out after my suicide attempt in March because it got so chaotic. Fame divided me into pieces and left those pieces on the floor for me to pick up. It broke me."

BBNaija All Stars' eighth season had Angel as one of the housemates.

The reality star has been connecting often with Soma, another housemate, and seems to be enjoying their connection.

Although Angel Smith's admirers are unsure of whether the reality star wants to begin a serious relationship with Soma,

"Every time I get into an argument in this house, I say to myself, do I even want to be here? I remember how I got here. No one in this house knows this. I have suffered," she added.
