Cole Palmer undergoes successful medical ahead of his move to Chelsea

Chelsea is nearing an agreement with Manchester City to sign Cole Palmer before the transfer window closes.

Chelsea wants to have more alternatives moving forward, therefore Mauricio Pochettino is seeking to bring in another offensive player. 

Fabrizio Romano, a well-known sports writer, disclosed that Palmer had passed Chelsea's medicals. 

Fabrizio Romano stated that the paperwork is prepared and that once it has been signed, the agreement will become official. 

According to reports, Chelsea and Manchester City reached an agreement on a 40 million-pound fixed price and five million-pound add-ons. 

Despite having more than two years left on his Man City deal, the footballer was eager to join Chelsea when they expressed interest.
