The Blues have added Moises Caicedo and Romeo Lavia during the week.
Caicedo cost Chelsea 115million pounds from Brighton while Lavia joined for 50m from Southampton.
Chelsea played a 1-1 draw with Liverpool in Mauricio Pochettino first game of the Premier League season.
However, Pochettino has cautioned that it does not entitle them to automatic a place to start in the season
Pochettino said, “It’s not that (if) we sign a player and we spend big money, that they are sure to play. I don’t tell Moises Caicedo or Romeo Lavia ‘you are going to play, (whether) you are good or bad’. It’s not like this, football.
“Talented players, players that the club spends money on, they need to show every day that they deserve to play."
The Blues travel to West Ham on Sunday in their Premier League match.
Mauricio Pochettino will hope for his first win against David Moyes side in the West London derby.
The former Tottenham Hotspur boss added, “My job is to be fair with everyone in the squad. You sign a player on an eight-year contract and after (that) he doesn’t run, is not involved, no commitment – is he going to play? That is our job. It’s our judgement"
