According to rumors, Wolverhampton Wanderers are interested in signing Kelechi Iheanacho, a striker for Leicester City.

Wolves' preparation for the 23–24 season has not been great. The loss of manager Julen Lopetegui and the departure of important players like Ruben Neves, Nathan Collins, Raul Jimenez, and Conor Coady have created difficulties.

Wolves overcame Everton over the weekend with a spirited 1-0 win thanks to the guidance of new manager Gary O'Neil.

Kelechi Iheanacho, a former striker for Manchester City, is a potential target for Wolves.

The 26-year-old Nigerian international, reportedly valued at £20 million by Leicester City, is a player the club is considering signing.

Taye Academy was the beginning of Kelechi Iheanacho's football career before he transferred to Manchester City's academy in 2014.

He made his senior debut for City in 2015, and during the course of his two years with the team, he left his mark with 64 appearances across a variety of tournaments, scoring 21 goals.

Iheanacho has made a huge contribution for Foxes since joining the team, making 211 games and scoring an amazing 56 goals.

He played a crucial role in Leicester's victory in the FA Cup and the FA Community Shield, so his efforts weren't ignored.
