Kaoru Mitoma, a Japanese winger for Brighton, is apparently a target for Manchester City.
According to detail, Manchester City scouts have been keeping an eye on Mitoma's development and are now thinking about making a move for him.
Mitoma speed, dribbling prowess, and capacity to score goals have reportedly pleased the Premier League winners.

In the summer of 2021, Brighton acquired Mitoma from Kawasaki Frontale but immediately loaned him to Union SG. The Seagulls could be hesitant to let him go for good, but it might be difficult to turn down a lucrative offer from City.
