Neymar recently liked a post on Instagram that said that Mbappe had made it obvious last summer that he would not be playing on the same squad as Neymar.

However, Mbappe returned to PSG training the same day that reports about Neymar's prospective transfer to Al Hilal surfaced, beaming broadly.

Later this week, the 31-year-old Brazilian is anticipated to sign a two-year contract with Al Hilal of Saudi Arabia. 

Mbappe, meanwhile, has been added back to the PSG first squad after being excluded from the preseason tour of Japan.
