PSG players placed Kylian Mbappe in fourth position When picking their captain for the season
It's been gathered that Mbappe placed fourth in an anonymous ballot from the players.
Following interest from Real Madrid, the striker declined to sign a new deal at the Parc des Princes.
Despite much doubt surrounding his future this summer, the striker seems certain to stay at PSG for the time being.
Recall that Kylian Mbappe missed PSG's season-opening match against Lorient but he was reinstated back into the squad last week.
Marquinhos continues to serve as PSG's captain, followed in command by Danilo Pereira and Presnel Kimpembe.
When Marquinhos was unable to start the team's Ligue 1 campaign against Lorient, Danilo Pereira, who has great respect inside the locker room, took the armband.
