Mane has a contract that runs through 2027, so if he fulfills it, he would make about £136 million overall.
The 31-year-old just signed a three-year contract with Bayern last summer after leaving Liverpool for £35 million, but he lost favor after hitting teammate Leroy Sane following a Champions League loss to Manchester City in April.
As Bayern won their 11th straight Bundesliga championship, Mane was benched and fined. In 38 games, the winger scored 12 goals.
After joining Liverpool in 2016 from Southampton, Mane leaves the club having made 269 appearances and scoring 120 goals in all competitions.
Senegal forward was acquired by Bayern Munich for a base price of £27.5m plus £7.5m in add-ons.
He won the Premier League, the Champions League, the FIFA Club World Cup, the UEFA Super Cup, the FA Cup, and the Carabao Cup during his six years at Anfield.
